Bo Stokkermans, from Tilburg, Netherlands, created this interesting Tilburg Fountain Cartoon. The artist has drawn his own cartoon illustrations over a photo by Myrthe Blösser. One boy floats in an inner tube, while he is attacked by an octopus lurking nearby. Meanwhile another boy, leaning on a building, catches a fish. I enjoy the simple line quality and flat colours in this piece, as well as the funny expressions of the characters.
