These chocolates definitely fall into the category of foods that are almost too pretty to eat! A chocolate bar inspired by Jackson Pollock and one that looks like colourful melted crayons make these confections truly “artisan.” I also like the package designs, which have a bold chevron-like pattern on a brown kraft paper background for some bars, and coordinating designs for the Pollock and crayon bars. They are made by Unelefante, a company based in Mexico.
