Andreas Levers’ At Night: Photographs Capturing Cities’ Artifical Light

At Night #2 - Photograph by Andreas Levers

In the series At Night, photographs by Andres Levers show urban spaces lit by streetlights. Levers, from Potsdam, Germany, works as a media designer. His photography mainly focuses on architecture and modern spaces. These exposures were made so that the lamps exude a foggy, ethereal light. These scenes feel open and empty, and they are mostly void of people, animals, or vehicles. The palette is somewhat desaturated, thanks to the dark night illuminated only by the artificial light that is shown.
