Mister Thoms: Murals of Funny CharactersArthaus

Mister Thoms, the pseudonym of Diego Della Posta, is an Italian street artist who creates elaborate painted murals with funny, exaggerated characters. I really like how the artist uses the existing shapes and features of the walls as part of the work. For example, the bushes on top of a wall become the man’s hair in Hair Cut, while the chimney on a building becomes a makeshift snorkel for the character in GLUG! In Personal Hygiene, a large doorway becomes a gaping mouth.
